For the project, the Virtual Eye Model System (VEMoS) for personalised refractive surgery treatment, VISSUM CORPORACION OFTALMOLOGICA and CSO Construction of Ophthalmic Instruments are partnered with two hospitals, CHUC (Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra, Portugal) and AUH (Aarhus Universitetshospital, Denmark), under the guidance of the distinguished Professor and Chairman of Ophthalmology Dr Jorge L. Alió.

The aim is to optimize and clinically validate a disruptive hardware and software to provide refractive surgery decision making.
